"We Give S&H Green Stamps," chrome-and-vinyl chairs and tables, a sculpture of a partially peeled banana-well, you get the idea.  This place is funky and laid-back.  And we cannot remember when we've had such a filling, delicious breakfast.  Our meal took us far into the afternoon before hunger pangs hit:  enchiladas of corn tortillas stuffed with scrambled eggs, onion, rice, pinto beans (there's a surprise), cheddar cheese, and sour cream, plus hash browns and Spanish rice and salsa.  If that doesn't grab you, there are also Belgian waffles and omelets.  3330 Belt Line Rd, Farmers Branch (972-243-8646) Open Mon-Sat 6 a.m.-9 p.m., Sun 7-2 $-$$
